Centralized construction

The Group undertakes the consolidated construction of non-profit government-invested projects in Jiangsu Province and serves as a benchmark for government-invested works. As of 2024, it has delivered a cumulative total of 175 consolidated construction projects with a total investment of RMB 47.7 billion and a gross floor area of 6.05 million square meters. The “Jiangsu Model” for consolidated construction of government-invested projects ranks among the nation’s best.
