During the opening season, 9 college dormitory projects under centralized construction were completed and put into use
Recently, nine college student dormitory projects centrally constructed by the provincial public construction center have been completed and accepted, and have been put into use in the beginning of the school season. The use of units of the project quality and construction efficiency are highly evaluated.
The completed projects include Lanyuan dormitory of Jiulong Lake Campus of Southeast University, Beiyuan student apartment of Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing University of Technology, student dormitory of Huaiyin normal University, student dormitory and canteen of Nanjing normal University, student dormitory of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine, student dormitory of Jiangsu normal University, student dormitory of Nanjing Audit University, student dormitory of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College (Phase III) and affiliated power distribution room project, and student dormitory project of Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College. A total of 22500 new beds were added to these projects, which effectively alleviated the shortage of accommodation resources for students in relevant colleges and universities and provided strong support for improving school conditions.
In the process of project construction, the provincial public construction center earnestly performs the centralized construction responsibility of provincial government investment non-profit projects, strictly implements various construction standards and norms, cooperates with design, construction, supervision and other participating units, comprehensively strengthens quality and safety control, and does a good job in personnel management, material testing and hidden danger investigation, Overcome multiple difficulties such as tight construction period and high temperature weather, scientifically organize construction, and ensure high-quality and efficient progress of all projects.
It is worth mentioning that the Lanyuan dormitory project on the Jiulong Lake campus of Southeast University, as the first pilot project of subordinate universities in the centralized construction system of our province, is listed as Southeast University.“The 14th Five-Year Plan”Key Construction Projects and Jiangning District“Three big and one big”Engineering. The project has been successfully delivered recently, which has important demonstration significance for deepening the centralized construction mode.
