Xinjiang Xingsen 3 million tons/year coal selection processing project process installation project started
On August 6, 2025, the installation project of Xinjiang Xingsen 3 million-ton/year coal selection and processing project undertaken by Zhongjiang No.5 Construction was officially started, and the 500-ton heavy crane successfully completed the hoisting and precise positioning of the first large-scale filter press, marking that the project has fully entered the equipment installation stage.
The design production capacity of this project is 3 million tons/year, covering professional systems such as production equipment, non-standard parts manufacturing and installation, process pipelines, electrical centralized control, high and low voltage power distribution, thermal heating, etc., with a construction period of 150 days. In the face of difficulties such as difficult construction, complex process and tight construction period, the project team carefully organized construction planning, broke the conventional thinking and efficiently integrated resources. From equipment selection, construction process to safety management, every link reflects the professional quality and execution of Zhongjiang people. Five Construction Branch will continue to practice“Zhongjiang velocity”with“Zhongjiang Quality”The commitment to provide a solid guarantee for the project to be put into operation on schedule and stable operation.
The filter press, filter and other equipment selected for use in this project all meet the relevant energy-saving and environmental protection standards, so as to control pollution from the source, clean and efficient use of coal, and truly realize“green coal washing”. In practice“Dual Carbon”Under the background of the target, the five construction branch is involved in the coal washing equipment installation industry for the first time, which not only enriches the group's business matrix, expands“Green energy”The new track has also practiced the corporate culture of the group.“view of environmental protection”——Carpenter build a green earth and share a beautiful home.
