On the afternoon of July 17, CJI held an analysis meeting on the production and operation of the international engineering sector in the first half of 2025. Group deputy general manager Deng Yajun, external director Ping Yan attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the International Business Department made a comprehensive report on the overall operation of the sector, the progress of key work and the core performance indicators, and planned the development ideas for the second half of the year. According to the annual operating indicators, the enterprises affiliated to the plate analyze the completion of the indicators in depth, and put forward targeted improvement measures to ensure the implementation of the annual tasks. Zhongjiang Haijin Company made a special promotion on the application prospect of photovoltaic solutions in overseas markets, providing new ideas for the Group to expand its new energy business. The Group Finance Department, Legal Compliance Department, Enterprise Planning and Management Department and Quality and Safety Department have given professional suggestions and work requirements respectively in combination with their respective functional management areas.
Deng Yajun commented on the work in the first half of the year and put forward four requirements for the next stage of development: first, pay close attention to the steady growth of operation, keep a close eye on the annual target, strengthen the operation scheduling, and ensure that the main indicators are achieved on schedule. Second, the innovation model to open up the market, accelerate“regions outside of mainland china”Business layout, focusing on new energy, mineral resources and investment, construction and transportation integration projects, cultivating new growth points, and creating a new track for overseas business development. Third, we will comprehensively improve the efficiency of project management, strengthen the control of the whole project cycle, strictly standardize the process of project evaluation, cost accounting and profit evaluation, and deepen the application of international engineering information system. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of the management team, improve the team's research and judgment level on the international hot market, and enhance the team's comprehensive implementation ability.
