Sun Guangnian investigates the reform of state-owned enterprises in the human resources branch

   On the morning of June 27, Sun Guangneng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CJI, went to the Human Resources Branch for investigation. Dong Xu, director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Group, and relevant comrades of the Enterprise Planning Management Department and the International Business Department accompanied the investigation.

   Tian Zhongxiu, general manager of the Human Resources Branch, reported on the company's in-depth implementation of the eight central regulations on the spirit of learning and education and the overall progress, results, difficulties and problems, and next steps. The functional departments of the group commented on the key work and put forward specific guidance and suggestions.   

   Sun Guangneng affirmed the achievements of the human resources branch in learning and education and the reform of state-owned enterprises, and put forward three requirements for the follow-up work: first, adhere to the implementation one by one according to the task ledger, not only to ensure the progress, but also to ensure the quality, combined with inspection feedback and the actual situation of the company, to ensure that the reform achieved solid results; second, focus on the main responsibility of the main business, strengthen collaborative innovation, dig deep human resources service chain, promote business diversification and model upgrading; third, firm reform determination, reform as a long-term task, and“The 15th Five-Year Plan”Planning and integration, continue to consolidate the foundation of development.
