35 members of the group received the first batch of international project manager certifications

   Recently, the China Chamber of Foreign Contractors held a ceremony to issue the "International Project Manager Competency Evaluation" group standard pilot achievement certificate during the results release session of the 4th International Project Management Forum. 35 project managers of CJI were awarded the international project manager certification, including 9 senior (B-level) and 26 intermediate (C-level).

   After the release of the "International Project Manager Competency Evaluation" group standard in 2024, the pilot invitation work was launched, and CJI actively participated as a pilot unit, providing an important reference for the optimization of the standard. At the same time, the group also took the establishment of standards as an opportunity to strengthen the management and evaluation of project managers from four aspects: professional quality, professional knowledge, professional ability and work performance, and trained the weak links to comprehensively improve the comprehensive level of group project managers.   

   In the next step, CJI will continue to strengthen the construction of talent team and build a team of project managers who are familiar with foreign technical specifications, project management, construction technology, international business and international logistics, so as to provide a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of international contracted engineering business.
