Recently, Zhongjiang Science and Technology Company held its first work retreat in 2025. Zhang Ke, deputy general manager of CJI, attended the meeting, and members of the company's leadership team and heads of various departments attended the meeting.   

Based on the actual work, each department will discuss the work situation in 2024, the difficulties and pain points of current development, and the work measures in 2025. Shen Jianguo, general manager of the company, put forward eight key tasks for this year's work. The business form of Kechuang Company is very different from that of traditional industries. All employees must strengthen the systematic study of the industry and the systematic research on the investment promotion model, and do a good job in 2025 with innovative thinking measures.   

Zhang Ke affirmed the work of the company since its establishment. He pointed out that in 2025, the company should ensure that the first batch of projects are implemented as planned, strengthen the integration of science and technology resources, improve the service level of the science and technology industry, and put forward five requirements for the company's development: first, strengthen the leadership of party building and achieve the deep integration of party building and company management; second, strengthen the construction of talent team and cultivate learning organization; third, strengthen the system construction and form the system system as soon as possible; Fourth, in-depth study and understanding of special bonds, Reits and other investment and financing tools; fifth, strengthen cultural construction, the formation of a unique corporate culture of the company.
