Zhongjiang First Construction Company won the bid for Sudian Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Project

Recently, Zhongjiang I won the bid for the National Grid Sudian Science and Technology Industrial Park project. The project is located in the Binjiang Business District of Gulou District, with Jianning Road in the south and Tianxiangli in the north. It is a key project in Nanjing in 2024 and a landmark building in the Binjiang Business District.

 

 

The project consists of two towers, of which Tower 1 has a ground height of 151.75 meters and Tower 2 has a height of 100.05 meters. The two towers are connected by air steel corridors between 19 and 21 floors. The underground depth of the foundation part is 15.9 meters, and the project is close to the Yangtze River, subway and tunnel. It is the only three temporary projects in China at present, and the construction is difficult and complicated. This project is the first batch of super high-rise buildings over 150 meters undertaken by CJI since it upgraded to the special qualification of housing construction engineering, marking a new breakthrough in the construction of super high-rise buildings of the group.
