China-Arab (UAE) Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park 2024 China Industrial Products Exhibition grandly opens

   On the morning of November 18, UAE time, the Sino-Arab (UAE) Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park 2024 the grand opening of the China Industrial Products Exhibition. Zhu Lian, Business Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, Zhu Xinbao, General Manager of CJI, Zou Yonggang, Chairman of Jiangsu Haitou Company, and relevant responsible persons from Abu Dhabi Economic Development Bureau, Khalifa Economic Zone Group, Abu Dhabi Institute of Management and other government departments and institutions attended and delivered speeches.

   On behalf of the organizers, Zou Yonggang introduced the achievements of the first exhibition in 2023 and the organization of this exhibition, and expressed sincere thanks to all walks of life in China and Afghanistan for their full support during the preparation of the exhibition. He pointed out that the demonstration park is an important platform carrier to help Chinese-funded enterprises "group to go to sea". He hopes that this exhibition will further strengthen the exchanges between Chinese enterprises and the Gulf market, and add new luster to the industrial cooperation between China and Argentina.

   Zhu Xinbao pointed out that as a key provincial state-owned enterprise in Jiangsu, CJI has operations in more than 100 countries and regions, and has permanent offices in nearly 50 countries. The Group actively exerts its advantages in the integration of international investment, construction and transportation, and fully supports the promotion of investment and development, investment promotion and operation management of the demonstration park. He hopes to fully display China's industrial manufacturing products through this exhibition, jointly promote cooperation between Chinese and Arab enterprises in more fields, and help the high-quality development of the demonstration park.

   Rashid Abdulkarim Al-Bruhi, Deputy Director General of the Abu Dhabi Economic Development Authority, stressed that Abu Dhabi, as an important global trade and investment hub, is vigorously promoting the implementation of the Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy (ADIS) to provide international investors with sufficient development opportunities. He hopes to strengthen cooperation with high-quality Chinese enterprises through this exhibition and jointly promote the economic transformation of Abu Dhabi.

   Fatima Al Hamadi, Chief Commercial Officer of Khalifa Economic Zone Group, expressed gratitude to the demonstration park and its Chinese partners for their long-term trust and support. She pointed out that the Khalifa Economic Zone will continue to strengthen cooperation with the demonstration park, promote technological innovation and economic diversification, create more market opportunities for Chinese enterprises, and jointly promote the industrial development of Abu Dhabi.

   Dr. Tayeb Kamali, President of the Abu Dhabi School of Management, said that the Abu Dhabi School of Management contributes to the economic and industrial development of the UAE through education and training. He hoped that the college and the demonstration park would strengthen cooperation and jointly promote the exchange and innovation of science and technology between the two countries.

   Zhu Lian said that this year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina. For a long time, the two countries have always adhered to common development in practical cooperation. At present, the cooperation between the two countries shows strong resilience and potential. This exhibition is not only a vivid embodiment of the cooperation model between the two countries, but also a strong witness to further deepen practical cooperation on the new journey. He hoped that enterprises of the two countries would expand more cooperation opportunities in emerging fields such as intelligent manufacturing, green industry and digital transformation through the demonstration park platform, so as to create a broader space for cooperation.

   At the opening ceremony, the demonstration park and exhibitors released a series of cooperation results. The park reached strategic cooperation with Abu Dhabi Management Institute and high-tech enterprise Volar Air Mobility respectively. Baishengjie (Middle East) Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and China Nuclear Industry No.2 Construction Co., Ltd. held a project unveiling ceremony.

   With the theme of "Publicity and Exhibition of China's Industrial Famous Products", this exhibition has six major exhibition areas, including special exhibition area, petroleum equipment and service area, advanced manufacturing and technology area, environmental protection and new energy area, building materials and home furnishing area, and comprehensive area. Nearly 90 units participated in the exhibition, including China National Nuclear Corporation, China Telecom, China Unicom, Shengu Group, Wenyuan Zhixing, Emirates NBD and other well-known Chinese and Arab enterprises and institutions. 

   During the exhibition, a number of high-level forums and round tables will be organized. Experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from different fields will conduct in-depth discussions on hot topics such as the UAE business environment, investment promotion policies, green energy and technological innovation. Jiangsu Big Zhijia Technology, Zhongjiang Digital Construction, Quzhi Group and other enterprises will also hold roadshows and interactive experience activities to show new products and future development plans to partners and media from various industries.?

   This exhibition has been highly concerned and widely praised by the governments, enterprises, universities and business associations of China and Arab countries. Counselor Guo Xin of the Chinese Embassy in the UAE made a special trip to the exhibition. Zhao Liyan, Chief Representative of the Gulf Representative Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Rashid Rahji Almansuli, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Customs, Badr Oramah, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Abdullah Al Hamili, CEO of Abu Dhabi Port Group Economic City and Free Trade Zone, Mohamed Al Hada, CEO of Khalifa Economic Zone Group, Mohamed Al Al Rifai Executive Director, attended the opening ceremony.
