On the afternoon of October 31, the joint international business department of Zhongjiang university held the fifth series of lectures on scientific and technological innovation of the group. The theme of this lecture is“Experience Sharing of Creating Luban Award for China Construction Project (Overseas Project)”More than 100 excellent work leaders, technical leaders/chief engineers, project management department leaders, project managers, project technical leaders and other engineering and technical personnel from 14 secondary institutions in the group's domestic and foreign engineering sectors attended the lecture.
This lecture invited the group's first“Luban Award (Overseas Project)”Core members of the excellence creation team——Miao Kai, Secretary of the Party branch and deputy general manager of the second overseas engineering company, served as the guest speaker. Miao Kai introduced in detail the historical evolution, award setting, selection scope and selection and assessment steps of the Luban Award. Taking the Zambia International Conference Center project as an example, he focused on the key points of preparation of specific application materials, shared valuable experience in the whole process from project start-up to award-winning, and provided participants with a set of detailed practical guidelines for overseas Luban Award.
