The Group carries out continuing education and training for accountants in 2024

   From July 11 to 12, the finance department of the group organized a two-day continuing education and training for accountants in 2024. more than 190 on-the-job accountants from the group headquarters, domestic and foreign subsidiaries participated in the training.

   The Finance Department attaches great importance to this continuing education and training work, and hopes that through learning and training, it will help financial personnel to think deeply, apply what they have learned, improve their work ability, and provide demonstration and guidance for the development of learning and training.

   In order to do a good job in this training, the finance department carefully organized and extensively solicited the financial subject suggestions of each subsidiary company. combined with the actual business of the group, through comprehensive consideration, selected four practical topics: tax planning risk control, new changes in enterprise finance, application cases of accounting standards, new regulations of the Ministry of finance data assets into the table and enterprise data asset management, and invited professors with rich practical experience in Nanjing finance and economics college to give lectures, they use humorous language and vivid case analysis, which are well received by the trainees, and the training has achieved good expected results.

   According to the annual training plan, the Group Finance Department will continue to carry out various training activities in batches and times to promote the construction of the Group's financial talent team, enhance the financial management capabilities of its affiliated enterprises and help the Group's high-quality development.
