The Group held lectures on African market environment inspection and risk response

   Recently, when external lawyers visited the company, the Group's Legal Compliance Department organized a lecture on African market investigation and risk response to the legal service needs of overseas business. This lecture is mainly aimed at business personnel and legal compliance personnel in the international engineering sector. At the same time, an online venue was opened to ensure the participation of personnel.   

   In the lecture, from the perspective of providing standardized legal services, lawyers elaborated on the coping strategies needed to prevent and control legal risks in the initial, early, middle and late stages of international engineering contracting projects. In addition, it also provides a full range of service perspectives on international dispute resolution, including trial response plans, as well as procedural law understanding, document authentication, jurisdiction clarification, etc., providing participants with more aspects to pay attention to when handling cases. The lecture has a question and answer session. Participants have raised practical problems encountered in their work. Lawyers gave professional responses to help participants resolve their doubts and broaden their thinking. 

   The purpose of this lecture is to promote face-to-face direct communication between business departments and lawyers to solve practical problems, rather than staying at the conceptual level.
