The group holds lectures on patents and trademarks

   In order to strengthen the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, speed up the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions, and better promote and support the high-quality development of the group, recently, the group's enterprise planning and management department, together with the legal compliance department, jointly held a special lecture on patents and trademarks. This lecture invited Wang Haichen, a first-class lawyer and senior partner of Shanghai Jintiancheng (Nanjing) Law Firm, to give a lecture.   

   This lecture is closely focused on the patent and trademark problems actually encountered in the work. The Legal Compliance Department has sorted out and integrated these problems in advance, forming a problem outline to be prepared by the lecturers, aiming at answering questions and improving the work efficiency. Lawyer Wang explained in simple terms from the aspects of patent application and ownership, trademark registration and maintenance, infringement and rights protection, and intellectual property management in the field of patents and trademarks, which is highly targeted and practical. In the on-site communication session, the participants actively asked questions. Lawyer Wang answered the questions one by one in detail, and the atmosphere was warm.   

   Through this training, the participants not only improved their understanding of patent and trademark issues, but also enhanced their ability to use knowledge to solve problems in practical work, which injected new impetus into the group's technological innovation and high-quality development.   

   This lecture is also the first time by the business department to put forward consulting needs and conduct“Special customization”It lays a foundation for the practice of further empowering production and operation with knowledge in the future.
