The second bid section of Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Project in Guangdong Sanhua Project was successfully capped

   On the morning of May 16, 2024, the No. 3 workshop of the second bid section of Guangdong Sanhua New Energy Vehicle Thermal Management Component Production Project, which was constructed by Zhongjiang Fifth Construction Branch, was successfully capped.

   The project is located in Jingang Road, Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of 126194 square meters. The construction content of the project includes workshop 2, workshop 3, solid waste warehouse, wastewater treatment workshop, Class A warehouse, ammonia decomposition workshop, No. 1 guard, No. 2 guard and outdoor ancillary works.

   The project started on January 7, 2024 and is scheduled to be completed on September 30, 2024. During the construction process, the project team faced multiple challenges such as large amount of work, tight construction period, frequent construction in rainy season and poor geological conditions of the site. Through reasonable arrangement of construction site, scientific organization of construction team, reasonable arrangement of construction sequence and division of construction sections, optimization of flow construction method, and strengthening dynamic management in the construction process according to the requirements of construction period, quality, safe and civilized construction, various difficulties were successfully overcome. The project was completed on schedule and was unanimously approved by the owners and relevant units.

   After the completion of the project, it will significantly increase the production capacity of Zhejiang Sanhua Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan City, enhance the effect of regional industrial clusters, help build an intelligent manufacturing industrial park ecosystem, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy.
