Nanjing Arbitration Commission Office visited the Group

   On April 23, Ru Yang, deputy director of the office of Nanjing Arbitration Commission, and his party went to CJI for research and exchange. Zhang Jiming, deputy general manager and general counsel of the group, attended the talks.

   Zhang Jiming welcomed the visit of Deputy Director Ru Yang and gave a brief introduction to the overall situation of the company. Ru Yang introduced the basic situation of the office of the Nanjing Arbitration Commission, including the establishment of institutions, the selection and evaluation of arbitrators, and the arbitration process, and explained in detail the advantages of arbitration and foreign-related business services. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on better use of arbitration to prevent risks and resolve disputes.

   This exchange further strengthened the enterprise's understanding of the arbitration system, and the two sides reached a preliminary intention on the follow-up organization of case interpretation and other related training.
