Construction Group opens the new year to ensure the construction of major livelihood projects

   At the beginning of the new year, facing the heavy snow, the site of the fixed-sale housing project in plot m of Cuiping mountain, No. 2023-24, Xuzhou city, is pushing forward all the preparatory work, striving to let the relocated local people live in new houses as soon as possible.

   Cuiping Mountain M Plot Project is the 7th fixed-sale housing project built by the Construction Group in Xuzhou Market. The project is located in the south of Heping Road and the west of Xinyuan Avenue, Yunlong District, Xuzhou City, with a total construction area of 254210.60 square meters. A total of 17 houses, 1 kindergarten and community supporting businesses will be built. It will be used to resettle shantytowns and relocate households. After completion, 1710 households will be resettled.

   With the expectation of the masses and the trust of the local government, the construction group has made great efforts to complete the project approval, construction land planning permit and real estate ownership certificate. At present, it is actively promoting the processing of project planning permission. Site temporary design, geological survey, test pile, one hole one survey and other foundation construction have also been completed.   

   Starting at the beginning of the year, the construction group will carefully prepare for the main construction, with high standards and strict requirements, do all the work in detail, and strive to hand over a new home with excellent environment and good quality for the resettlement people.
