   On February 8, Ruan Dewen's temporary charge d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Tonga and his party went to Zhongjiang Overseas Engineering Company to assist the construction technical team of Tonga Wangling peripheral area renovation project to visit and sympathize with the employees in Tonga.
