On the afternoon of January 26, the group held the first (enlarged) meeting of the 2024 safety Committee and the safety production summary meeting. Song Qinbo, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group, and Zhu Xinbao, deputy secretary of the Party committee, general manager and director of the safety committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Deputy General Manager and Chief Safety Officer Tu Yaxing presided over the meeting.
The meeting reported the recent safety production accidents inside and outside the province, and announced the award-winning project department of the group's domestic project safety production mobile red flag in the second half of 2023 and the award-winning situation of advanced individuals in safety production of enterprises in the provincial construction industry. The Fifth Construction Branch, the First Branch of Overseas Engineering, the Overseas Import and Export Corporation and the State Investment Corporation respectively made speeches on the exchange of safety production work in 2023 and signed the responsibility statement for safety production objectives. The Quality and Safety Department of the Group shall report the work of the line throughout the year and the main work plan for 2024.
Zhu Xinbao pointed out that with the Spring Festival approaching, all kinds of production safety accidents are prone to occur, and production safety is the top priority. The group should draw lessons from several recent accidents, organize employees to learn and analyze the causes of the accidents, and check and eliminate hidden dangers according to the actual situation of the enterprise. The group has been rated for three consecutive years.“Provincial construction industry enterprise safety production advanced unit”The more you have achievements, the more you must stay awake. He pointed out that it is necessary to correctly understand the current safety production situation of the group and further consolidate the safety foundation.“Six Major Systems”It still needs to be further improved, the second is that the level of intrinsic safety needs to be improved, the third is to adhere to the investment in production safety, and the fourth is that the management of production safety still needs to be strengthened. He emphasized that units at all levels should pay attention to observing the status of employees and strengthen psychological counseling; it is necessary to continuously compact the safety production responsibilities at all levels, establish a list of job responsibilities, and adhere to the safety dynamic assessment mechanism; it is necessary to pay close attention to the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, and be targeted Do a good job of pre-holiday supervision and inspection; focus on fire risk management and control, and investigate various risk sources that may cause fires; do a good job in emergency response, timely, effective and scientific disposal.
Song Qinbo pointed out that in recent years, the group's safety system has become more complete, the management team's capabilities have increased day by day, and safety work has laid a solid foundation for the group's development. He put forward four requirements for the current work of safety in production: first, adhere to the concept of safety in production. This concept should be deeply instilled into the minds of safety managers at all levels to ensure that they can keep the bottom line of production safety with a firmer belief. Second, we should actively create enterprise safety production culture. It is necessary to vigorously promote safety culture, form a strong atmosphere, and realize a good situation of sublimating the management system into the daily work habits of employees. Third, efforts should be made to increase the safety management margin. It is necessary to continuously improve the level of safety production conditions within a controllable range and reduce the probability of safety accidents. Fourth, we must properly handle risks. Risk source identification and hidden danger investigation and rectification should be classified, classified and controlled, and emergency disposal of sudden accidents should be standardized, timely and orderly.
