The first provincial college dormitory design exchange conference in Jiangsu Province was successfully held

   From January 15th to 17th, the first Jiangsu Provincial University Dormitory Design Exchange Conference hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Government Investment Non-profit Project Centralized Construction Research Association and undertaken by the Provincial Public Construction Center was held in Huai'an, Jiangsu.    Coinciding with the National Development and Reform Commission and other seven departments jointly issued the ''Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of College Student Dormitories, ''the first provincial university dormitory design exchange conference in Jiangsu Province was held to share and exchange experience and management of college dormitory design under the centralized construction model. Achievements, further improve the high-quality management level of centralized construction in exchanges and discussions, and promote the standardization of college student dormitory projects. The conference set up sub-venues for the three topics of college dormitory scheme design, engineering practices, investment control, and design quality to conduct in-depth and lively exchanges and discussions, and discussed the "Dormitory Technical Quality Management Manual" and "Dormitory Design" edited by the Provincial Public Construction Center. Achievements such as "Depth Standards" put forward in-depth and pertinent opinions and suggestions.

   The conference commended the design units that participated in the provincial centralized construction projects and were rated as excellent in the performance evaluation. Participants visited the provincial public construction center is responsible for the centralized construction of the dormitory project.

   The centralized construction of provincial colleges and universities is the core work in the field of provincial centralized construction, and the dormitory project is the key content of the recent university construction. The exchange conference hosted by the center has set up an in-depth exchange platform for all parties involved in the centralized construction, demonstrated the experience and achievements of the design and management of university dormitories under the centralized construction mode, extensively listened to the opinions and suggestions of the competent departments, users and design units in the industry, and drew a blueprint for the design and management of university dormitories under the centralized construction mode.
