A delegation from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development of Zambia visited Zhongjiang Assembly Company
On the morning of January 15, Charles, Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development of Zambia·Milupi led a delegation to visit Zhongjiang Assembly Company, accompanied by Deng Yajun, deputy general manager of CJI, Miao Kai, head of Zhongjiang Overseas Company II, and Ge Zhengquan, general manager of Zhongjiang Assembly Company.
The delegation visited the prefabricated component production workshop and the model room of prefabricated housing in Taizhou production base of the company, learned in detail the intelligent production process of prefabricated components, the operation of the production site and the project execution cases, and highly appraised the full prefabricated fast assembly system adopted by the company.
At the forum, Minister Charles said that the friendship between China and Zambia has a long history, expressed sincere respect for the strong support and help of the Chinese government and the Chinese people, and expressed gratitude to CJI for its contributions to the development and construction of Zambia over the years. President hitchilema and the Zambian people look forward to the continuous consolidation and development of bilateral relations between China and Zambia. He pointed out that the Zambian government gives priority to improving the living conditions of the people, especially the low-income groups, and is committed to providing economic and cost-effective housing for the people, while prefabricated housing provides a better solution because of its fast and convenient characteristics. The Zambian government has signed a memorandum of cooperation with CJI, hoping that the two sides will promote the construction of prefabricated factories and the formulation of standards and specifications as soon as possible.
Deng Yajun extended a warm welcome to Minister Charles and his party, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development of Zambia for its long-term support. It is hoped that through this visit and exchange, the two sides can further deepen pragmatic and stable cooperation on the basis of existing cooperation, promote diversified development of cooperation while doing a good job in traditional project contracting business, and achieve mutual benefit, win-win and common development. CJI is willing to make long-term positive contributions to Zambia's national construction and improving the well-being of the Zambian people.
