The Group held a special lecture on the construction of corporate internal control and risk control systems

   On the afternoon of October 27, the group held a special lecture on the construction of enterprise internal control system and wind control system, which was attended by more than 90 members of the leading groups of enterprises affiliated to the group.

   The construction of internal control system and risk control system is not only the inherent requirement for enterprises to achieve sound operation and improve efficiency, but also an important means to ensure that business activities comply with laws and regulations and industry norms and prevent the risk of violations, which is particularly important for enterprise operation. This training specially invited Ping Yan, a full-time external director of the group and an expatriate financial supervisor, to give an easy-to-understand and in-depth explanation around the construction of the enterprise's internal control system and wind control system from four aspects: normative requirements, misunderstandings, key difficulties, typical cases, and thinking on the optimization of system construction. This lecture is wonderful and vivid, and the content is substantial. It provides a useful reference for further promoting the construction of the management system, enhancing the awareness of internal control and risk control management, and improving the ability of standardized management.
