Song Qinbo went to Zhongjiang Dubai Company to conduct on-site research on the project

   On the morning of September 23, Song Qinbo, chairman of CJI, went to Zhongjiang Dubai Company to investigate the 144 national residential projects, accompanied by Zhang Yongqing, secretary of the Party Committee of the Construction Group.

   At the research forum, the person in charge of Zhongjiang Dubai Company reported on the progress of the project, the company's team building, personnel localization management, the implementation of the project in hand and the subsequent regional operation ideas in the UAE.

   Song Qinbo affirmed the achievements of Dubai Company, expressed condolences to all the staff of the project department for their hard work, and put forward three requirements: First, maintain and consolidate a good cooperation model with central enterprises, practice basic skills, and continue to develop into the upstream industrial chain. The second is to adhere to the international and localized personnel management methods, and strive to build an excellent management team that adapts to the characteristics of project management in the Middle East. The third is to adhere to the business strategy of seeking progress while maintaining stability, make full use of the Group's platform resources, expand the Middle East market, and help the Group's high-quality development.
