   On the afternoon of September 25, local time, Ma Xin, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, led a delegation to investigate the China-Arab (United Arab Emirates) Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park, Zhou Biao, Chargé d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in the UAE, Song Qinbo, Chairman of CJI Zheng Yimin, deputy general manager of the group and chairman of Jiangsu Haitou Company, accompanied the investigation.

   During the discussion and exchange, CJI and Jiangsu Haitou Company reported on the progress of the work of the China-Arab Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park and the next work plan. Responsible comrades of relevant provincial departments, representatives of enterprises and financial institutions made exchange speeches, and Executive Vice Governor Ma Xin He and Zhou Biao spoke separately.

   Ma Xin first expressed his gratitude to the embassy in Afghanistan, the first batch of investment enterprises in the park and the front-line builders of the demonstration park. He pointed out that this year coincides with the co-construction“Belt and Road”On the tenth anniversary of the proposal, the park ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. It is hoped that the park will seize this important opportunity and make concerted efforts to promote the development of the demonstration park to make new breakthroughs. He put forward several hopes for the next development of the park: first, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of investment promotion, deeply study and analyze the advantages of investment and industrial development in the United Arab Emirates, and carry out investment promotion from the perspective of global supply chain and industrial chain; second, it is necessary to improve the service system of the park, strive to create a professional investment and pro-business service system, continuously improve the soft and hard environment of the park, and actively carry out“One-stop”Service, get through the service enterprise.“The Last Kilometer”To enhance the investment attractiveness of the park and the degree of industrial agglomeration; the third is to enhance the level of win-win cooperation, actively promote the Arab side to participate in the construction and operation of the park through various forms, and strive to form a powerful force with the same frequency resonance and synergy, and strive to create a good Investment environment.

   Zhou Biao said that the development of the China-Arab production capacity cooperation demonstration park from scratch and from small to large is inseparable from the vigorous investment of Jiangsu Province and the high-level development of China-Arab relations. The delegation will contribute Jiangsu's wisdom and strength to China-Arab cooperation, and effectively enhance the level of cooperation between China's Jiangsu and the UAE. As a major national cooperation project concerned and promoted by the heads of state of the two countries, the demonstration park aims at the national strategy of the United Arab Emirates, increases investment in new energy, metal processing, petroleum equipment, fine chemicals and other aspects, improves the quality of cooperation, and attracts more and more enterprises to settle in the park. The hard-won achievements in the development of the demonstration park have brought together a lot of painstaking efforts from Jiangsu provincial party committee and provincial government, CJI, Jiangsu Haitou and the park.

   During the investigation, Executive Vice Governor Ma Xin witnessed the signing of contracts with the demonstration park for relevant key projects, took a test ride on the unmanned minibus of Wenyuan Zhixing, an enterprise entering the park, visited the Chaojing Industrial Production Line, the first enterprise to be put into production, attended the trial production ceremony of the Hailong Oil Project, and had in-depth exchanges with representatives of enterprises and financial institutions entering the park.
