CJI Dubai Company's 152 Villa Project was successfully capped

   On September 15, the 152 villa project of CJI Dubai Company was successfully capped. The total development area of the project is more than 5000 hectares, including 30 kilometers of coastline. After completion, it will become an iconic high-end ecological community in Abu Dhabi.

   152 villa project, as one of the six major residential areas developed in jubail island, is located in the center of jubail island. the project includes 152 sets of high-end villas and corresponding supporting facilities.

   Since entering the construction site in September last year, the project has poured 25366 cubic meters of concrete and bound 3244 tons of steel bars. After a year of unremitting efforts, the structural capping was completed as planned in the middle of this month. The high-quality and smooth implementation of the project has won high praise from relevant units and owners. They agreed that the 152 project department of Zhongjiang Dubai Company is a particularly fighting collective, and expressed their willingness to continue long-term cooperation in the later project development.

   In the next step, CJI Dubai Company will concentrate on the completion and delivery of the project as soon as possible, so as to lay a solid foundation for the company to develop in the UAE and surrounding markets.
