Vice Governor Hu Guangjie investigates Zhongjiang Assembly Company

   On August 29, Vice Governor Hu Guangjie went to Zhongjiang Assembly Company for investigation and guidance. Gong Haibin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government, Zhu Lifan, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, Xu Wenjin and Ye Donghua, Deputy Mayors, Song Qinbo, Chairman of CJI, and Zhu Xinbao, General Manager, participated in the investigation.

   Hu Guangjie and his party checked the operation of the production site on the spot. In the PC prefabricated component workshop, they had a detailed understanding of the company's six major production processes of prefabricated components, including mold assembly, steel binding, pipeline embedding, pouring and vibrating, kiln maintenance and mold removal. For the company's daily production capacity, a single shift can cover 6 standard floors of buildings and 40~70 standard floors of buildings in a single week, the full-load per capita production capacity has reached the leading level of domestic enterprises of the same type and scale, and it is especially highly recognized that the company's assembled products can save 10% ~ 20% of materials, 70% of energy and 80% of water compared with traditional construction.

   Hu Guangjie listened to the introduction of the company's concrete outbound high-frequency vibrating process and quality control process on the spot. At the same time, he had a detailed understanding of the company's production orders, workers' wages and the proportion of workers' localization this year. On the next development of the assembly company, he put forward new requirements for digital empowerment, green development, scale effect and the whole industry chain and whole process service.
