The Provincial Public Construction Center organized and held on-site observation meeting for centralized construction projects and project management experience exchange meeting
On July 13, under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the centralized construction project site observation meeting and project management experience exchange meeting hosted by the Provincial Centralized Construction Research Association and undertaken by the Provincial Public Construction Center was successfully held. Cao Liangchun, Director of the Centralized Construction Management Division of Government Investment Projects of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jiang Wei, Deputy Director, Lu Weidong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanjing University of Technology, Chen Hailu, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Director of the Provincial Public Construction Center, and Gao Fei, General Manager attended the meeting.
The purpose of this observation and exchange meeting is to improve the centralized construction management level of provincial government-invested non-profit projects and promote the standardization of project quality and safety production. During the activity, the participants jointly observed the provincial centralized construction demonstration project.——The first phase of the new campus of Jiangsu Open University, the Overseas College of Nanjing University of Technology, and commended the advanced team. At the exchange meeting, the excellent team shared the project construction experience, and focused on feedback and analysis of the problems found in the project inspection, so as to further improve the project quality and safety management level, and earnestly implement the construction“Excellent project, model project, safety project, clean project”The goal is to boost the centralized construction of provincial government investment projects to a new level.
Lu Weidong said that Nanjing University of Technology and the provincial public construction center have a good foundation for cooperation. Nanyuan student dormitory is the first centralized construction project among provincial universities, and the interdisciplinary building is the first project in the centralized construction project of the school to establish the goal of striving for national excellence. In the next step, the school will work closely with the provincial public construction center and all parties involved in the project from the three aspects of resource science and technology, talent culture and education, and integrity projects, to work in the same direction and strive for excellence.
Jiang Wei pointed out that there is a long way to go for centralized construction and upgrading. He hopes that the provincial public construction center will continue to sum up experience, further strengthen service awareness, improve the professional level of project management, and enhance the satisfaction of users. Gao Fei said that under the policy guidance of the provincial party committee and provincial government to innovate the new model of centralized construction, the provincial public construction center will continue to promote the reform and innovation of the centralized construction model from three aspects: improving the recruitment, evaluation and calibration system services, standardizing project quality supervision and management services, and strengthening project quality and safety assurance services, so as to promote the high-quality development of the province's centralized construction cause.
Chen Hailu stressed that under the guidance of the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development, the provincial public construction center will continue to explore and innovate the new mode of centralized construction, regularly carry out observation and experience exchange meetings in management projects, do a good job in experience exchange and sharing, concentrate on improving the project management level, building brand influence, and completing the centralized construction task with high quality.
