Construction Group held the second "Project Manager Lecture Hall" training

   In order to comprehensively improve the management level of project managers, motivate and train more excellent project managers. On June 6, 2023, the construction group held the second phase“Project Manager Lecture Hall”Training class. Project managers and managers from 4 functional departments, 8 branches and 22 project departments of the company headquarters participated in this training course. Zhang Yongqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Construction Group, Yang Jie, Deputy General Manager, and Chen Huijun, Deputy General Manager, participated in the training activities.

   This time“Project Manager Lecture Hall”Training, invited the construction group Shanghai branch, Beijing branch, Yangtze River engineering branch four lecturers, respectively, around“How to Carry Forward the Struggle Spirit and Strengthen the Struggle Ability of Project Manager”“Project team management and project manager communication skills”“Bidding project management”“Project safety production”And other aspects, combined with their actual work, made experience exchange and case sharing. The training meeting had a warm atmosphere, frequent interaction and in-depth discussion, which achieved good results of mutual communication, mutual understanding and mutual learning among project managers of various branches.

   During the training, the participants watched the integrity education and production safety warning education films, and always reminded the project management personnel to improve their awareness of integrity and build a strong line of defense for production safety. On the day of the training, we also organized a visit to the Interno project and the Zeiss project undertaken by the Shanghai branch.

Through the comparison and competition, it shows the spirit of front-line project managers. After voting by the participants on the spot, Zhou Guoyong of Shanghai Branch won the title of gold medal lecturer in this lecture hall.
