The Group successfully hosted the 2023 Cruise Talent Training Cooperation Forum

   On May 19, it was hosted by CJI and Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College.“Cruise Talent Training Cooperation Forum and Advanced Training Course for Cruise Teachers”held in Nanjing. Representatives from Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, National Transportation Commission, Maritime Committee and more than 30 universities across the country participated in the opening of the forum. At the meeting, Huang Rugeng, deputy general manager of the group, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

   Huang Rugeng expressed warm congratulations on the change of the navigation committee and pointed out that the integration of vocational education, the integration of industry and education, and the integration of science and education are key measures to implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and promote the high-quality development of vocational education. As a pilot enterprise of industry-education integration in Jiangsu Province, CJI will give full play to its advantages, increase school-enterprise cooperation, and promote the internationalization of vocational education in cooperative colleges.   

   Zhongjiang Human Resources Branch and Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College issued project certificates to the representatives of the selected institutions for the second phase of the supply and demand docking employment education project. This forum specially invited experts and scholars from cruise-related enterprises at home and abroad to discuss topics such as the development form of the cruise industry, the mode of personnel training and the development trend of cruise tourism along the coast of China. The cruise business team of the human resources branch made a special report on the theme of the international cruise crew professional supply and demand docking employment education project.   

   The forum also invited teachers from many colleges and universities across the country to share the experience of joint training of international cruise talents and the joint construction of cruise professional schools and enterprises, and to visit CJI“Cruise Line Express”Project talent training base.
