Sun Jin said that the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce adheres to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability. In recent years, it has focused on standardizing management, creating an environment, streamlining administration and delegating power, and resolving contradictions, and actively promoting the stable and healthy development of Jiangsu's foreign labor cooperation business. It is hoped that all participants will take the successful convening of this conference as an opportunity to strengthen communication and exchanges, seek business opportunities for cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
Li Hongwei said that the Ministry of Commerce will continue to support the development of foreign labor cooperation, and hopes that the majority of enterprises will actively respond to the new situation and new challenges facing the current industry, strengthen development confidence, strengthen compliance operations, strengthen overseas training, help rural revitalization, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers. From the perspective of enterprise practice, Fang Qiuchen summarized the development of China's foreign labor service cooperation industry and the situation faced by the business in the past three years, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the high-quality sustainable development of the industry. He said that the contractor will focus on maintaining industry order, promoting brand creation, building an exchange platform, and promoting business cooperation, so as to provide decision-making reference for government departments, provide assistance and support for the development of member enterprises, and jointly promote the high quality and sustainable development of China's foreign labor cooperation industry.
Huang Rugeng said that as an important part of my country's foreign investment cooperation, foreign labor cooperation has experienced more than 40 years of development and has played an active role in improving people's livelihood, supporting employment, poverty alleviation, and promoting development. In recent years, affected by multiple factors at home and abroad, the development of foreign labor service cooperation business is struggling. However, member companies stick to adversity, take the initiative, adjust and explore simultaneously, plan and practice in parallel, continue to expand the industrial chain, solidly improve service quality, and inject new vitality into the development of the industry.
