The Public Construction Center and Nanjing University jointly unveiled the "Jiangsu Province Postgraduate Workstation"

   On the morning of April 7, the Public Construction Center of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing University jointly held the unveiling ceremony of the postgraduate workstation and the launching ceremony of the joint research project. Zou Yajun, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president of Nanjing University, and song Qinbo, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of CJI, attended the ceremony.

   Zou Yajun pointed out that Nanjing University actively promotes the reform of the postgraduate training system, explores new models of postgraduate talent training, and builds a postgraduate workstation and a platform for industry-university-research cooperation. The School of Architecture and Urban Planning has achieved fruitful results in teaching and research, integration of production and education, collaborative education, and social services; the architecture major relies on cooperation with the provincial public construction center and other industry enterprises, and has been selected as the education and training of outstanding engineers in Jiangsu Province 2.0 plan. The unveiling of the postgraduate workstation and the launching ceremony of the joint research project will further push the cooperation between the two parties to a new height and new stage. It is hoped that the School of Architecture and Urban Planning can make full use of this platform, closely follow social needs, deepen scientific research cooperation, accelerate the transformation of results, innovate talent training mechanisms, and promote the college“Double First-Class Initiative”Construction.

   Song Qinbo said that the provincial public construction center is full-time responsible for the centralized construction of non-profit projects invested by the provincial government. Since its establishment, the centralized construction work of the center has been highly concerned by higher-level departments and industry associations. Nanjing University is committed to frontier research, solving major practical problems, and combining research results to cultivate high-end talents in architecture and urban and rural planning in the new era. This is in line with CJI“Create a brand, enhance technology, optimize services”The overall goal is highly compatible, which will also become an inexhaustible driving force for the continuous promotion of in-depth cooperation between the two sides. It is hoped that the organizers of both sides will actively promote the work of the workstation joint research project with a high degree of political consciousness. We sincerely hope that the cooperation between the two sides will become the cradle of talent training, an example of the integration of production and education, and a model of school-enterprise cooperation.

   At the meeting, the two sides jointly built a public center for Jiangsu Province.—Nanjing University graduate workstation was unveiled, and signed the "centralized construction mode of the whole process of consulting and engineering general contracting research" technical consulting contract.
