The Legal Service Center of Jiangsu's China-Arab Production Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park in United Arab Emirates was launched

 

   On the morning of March 11, local time, the Jiangsu Legal Service Center of the China-Arab Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park in the UAE was officially listed. Wang Xiaoqing, vice president of the Jiangsu Lawyers Association, and Zou Yonggang, general manager of Jiangsu Haitou Company, attended the listing ceremony.

   Zou Yonggang welcomed the visit of the Provincial Lawyers Association and introduced the start-up background, construction and operation of the demonstration park project and the local investment environment. He said that enterprises cannot go to sea without the help of legal services and professional lawyers, and hopes that more high-level lawyers will provide high-quality legal services for the investment promotion and operation of the demonstration park and the landing of enterprises entering the park.

   On behalf of the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Lawyers Association, Wang Xiaoqing expressed his gratitude to Jiangsu Haitou Company, and hoped that through this visit, he would learn more about the needs and suggestions of the demonstration park and the enterprises entering the park for professional legal services, so as to provide better legal services for the park. It also provides reference for the standardized and substantive construction and operation of overseas legal service centers.

   After the meeting, Zou Yonggang and Wang Xiaoqing jointly listed the legal service center of Jiangsu Sino-Arab production capacity cooperation demonstration park in the United Arab Emirates. The center was jointly established by the Provincial Department of Justice, the Provincial Department of Commerce and Jiangsu Haitou Company, and a framework agreement was signed in 2019. After this listing, all participants will carry out the next step around the actual landing of the service center.

   Li Jian, director of the Foreign Legal Business Committee of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, and related personnel, Hao Sihuan, deputy director of the office of CJI and deputy general manager of Jiangsu Haitou Company, and relevant persons in charge of the Financial Investment Department of Jiangsu Haitou Company and the park company participated in the event.
