The real estate company held the 2023 annual work meeting and production safety work meeting

   On February 28, the real estate company held the 2023 annual work conference and work safety conference.   

   The meeting focused on learning General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the real estate industry, conveyed the spirit of the group's annual work conference, comprehensively summarized the achievements, problems and challenges faced by the real estate company in the previous year, and planned and deployed the work in 2023. Six aspects of work measures were proposed, and all cadres and employees were mobilized to proceed from the overall situation of the company and firmly establish“a game of chess”thoughts and“Master”Consciousness, cohesion, unity and forge ahead.

   Luo Hua pointed out that in 2022, real estate companies will continue to pay close attention to the settlement and cash flow management of completed projects, go all out to promote the development and construction of Anshun projects and sales receipts, and actively seek new projects to prepare for the sustainable development of real estate companies. In 2023, real estate companies should focus on six aspects: first, strengthen the construction of talent team and improve the company's salary system; second, strengthen project expansion and strive for the landing of new projects; third, strengthen budget settlement management and strictly control project costs; fourth, speed up the collection of their own funds, reduce the asset liability ratio and improve the investment ability; fifth, work hard to improve the competitiveness of departments and companies; sixth, take the Party's political construction as the command and administer the Party strictly in an all-round way.

   At the meeting, the company's advanced individuals and advanced collectives in 2022 were commended. All employees of the real estate company attended the meeting.
