Chen Hailu, Secretary of the Party branch and executive director of the public construction center, made a work report from five aspects: the basic situation of the company, the situation of centralized construction projects, the innovative practices of centralized construction, the work achievements in the past five years, and the existing difficulties and problems. Song Qinbo said that the public construction center can better complete the tasks assigned by the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the group company, and put forward requirements for the next step of work. First, it is necessary to improve the political position, strengthen responsibility, complete centralized construction projects with high quality and high standards, and play the exemplary and leading role of centralized construction; second, it is necessary to improve its own competitiveness, strengthen the construction of the talent team, enhance the driving force of scientific and continuously enhance the core competitiveness, to create a professional, technical and information-based project management platform; third, we should focus on breakthroughs in key work, attach importance to the construction of key projects, improve the professional level of project management, and actively coordinate all participating units and supervision units; fourth, we should give full play to the role of party organizations, strengthen grass-roots party building work, take a clear-cut stand to lead project management, and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.
