On February 14th, there was good news from the project. Under the careful organization of the project department, the mechanical and electrical installation department worked hard and successfully achieved the one-time power transmission of the high and low voltage power systems of the new and old terminals. The goal of handing over the new terminal has taken the most critical and solid step.
The power system has faced many difficulties since the beginning of construction. Since the project is extended outward along both sides of the original terminal building, during the entire foundation excavation and structural construction process, attention must be paid to all the original power systems. The cables are effectively protected or replaced, and must not have any impact on the normal operation of the existing systems of the airport. Facing the complicated construction environment and high technical difficulty, the project department fully carries forward the craftsmanship spirit of Zhongjiang people, and makes clear the direction of various cables by using various methods such as instrument testing, trench digging, original data checking, etc. At the same time, various measures such as erection, increasing trench burial or temporary diversion replacement are taken, especially like a skilled worker to solve the cow, or like a girl embroidering, flying threads from the crisscross cable structure, finally, the successful transmission of power to the two newly-built 12000KVA high-voltage distribution stations and low-voltage distribution stations on the left and right sides was completed safely and efficiently, and the high-voltage distribution station of the old terminal was successfully switched to be powered by the newly-built distribution station, so that the power supply of the old terminal was completely upgraded from the source.
It is worth mentioning that the 11KV power supply system of the airport is completely completed independently by the project department from installation, testing, commissioning to power transmission, which once again enhances the comprehensive strength of overseas engineering company to undertake civil construction projects, and provides hard core support for building Zhongjiang brand with high standard, high starting point and high quality.
