Zhongjiang Design Institute successfully obtained the special qualification of architectural design and supervision from United Arab Emirates

In 2023, the design institute opened its doors to welcome the new year and successfully obtained the special qualification for architectural design and supervision of Abu Dhabi City Hall in the United Arab Emirates, which is the highest level of architectural design and supervision in the United Arab Emirates.

In 2022, Abu Dhabi City Hall (ADM) put forward the requirement that the qualification of foreign-controlled construction enterprises must be upgraded to the highest-level special grade. The design institute will be the first-level qualification when it is registered in 2019. The requirements for this declaration of special grade have been greatly improved and the challenges are huge. Through unremitting efforts, the company overcame many difficulties such as capital verification, professional insurance, adjustment of foreign technical managers, engineer registration and so on, and finally successfully obtained the special qualification of architectural design and supervision of Abu Dhabi City Hall in the United Arab Emirates.

The design institute will give full play to the advantages of special qualification, organize a strong team, serve more overseas high-quality projects, and help the group's high-quality development.
