The Group held the first half annual business analysis meeting of the domestic engineering sector

   On the afternoon of July 29, the group held a business analysis meeting for the first half of the domestic engineering sector. Tu Yaxing, deputy general manager of the group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Cai Rongguo, Wang Zhengxi, Wang Xiaohang and Jiang Jinhua, external directors of the group, attended the meeting to guide the meeting. Zhu Haifeng, head of the domestic business department, presided over the meeting.

   At the meeting, various units in the domestic engineering sector reported on the production and operation work in the first half of the year, the tracking of major projects and the work plan for the second half of the year. The domestic business department summarized and analyzed the overall situation of production and operation of the plate in the first half of the year and the development of scientific research project management, and made arrangements for the main work of the plate in the second half of the year.?   

   On behalf of the external directors, Cai Rongguo put forward three suggestions: first, to strengthen the management of accounts receivable and solve the problem of cash flow; second, to emphasize that production safety is the lifeline of enterprises, which must be grasped firmly; third, to constantly strengthen information construction and technological innovation, so as to lay a good foundation for the transformation and development of enterprises.

   Tu Yaxing put forward requirements for further promoting the operation and management of the domestic engineering sector. First, we must persevere in preventing risks, focus on operating capital risks, do a good job in intrinsic safety, and control operating risks from the source. Second, we should strengthen the operation, focus on strengthening the construction of the management team, do a good job in the maintenance of key customers, strengthen the management of partners, and realize the complementary advantages and strong combination. Third, we must pay close attention to management, strive to improve the level of lean management, and improve management level and management efficiency through digital transformation.   

   All units in the domestic engineering sector, relevant functional departments of the headquarters, the city investment company, the main person in charge of the central procurement center and relevant personnel of the domestic business department attended the meeting.
