Huatai Securities Plaza Building 1 and Corridor 1 are located on the south side of Nanjing Olympic Sports Street. It is a green, intelligent and low-carbon comprehensive financial service building, which is the office space of Huatai Securities headquarters. The construction area is 84436.94 square meters, and the ground of building 1 and corridor 1 are internal business buildings.
Engineering design inspiration comes from ancient Chinese coins, the combination of round and square not only highlights the characteristics of the financial industry, but also symbolizes the integration of heaven and earth. The entrance hall has a high atrium space on the 14th floor, surrounded by landscape corridors, with traffic cores on both sides, and office space along the corridor.“U”The top is a glass lighting roof. Internal traffic design layout is reasonable, strong sense of space, dynamic and static separation, sufficient lighting, the overall decoration is solemn and elegant. The building facade adopts a three-stage design, the upper part of the layered retreat, and finally to the arc inward, which coincides with the upward trend of the stock curve.
