The Zambia International Conference Center project was completed and handed over

   The completion and handover ceremony of the Zambia International Conference Center project aided by the Chinese government and undertaken by CJI was held in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, on May 31. Zambian President Hichilema led a number of high-level officials to attend the ceremony.

   Hitchilema opened the International Conference Center on the same day and delivered a speech, sincerely thanking the Chinese government and praising China as Zambia's all-weather partner. Du Xiaohui, Chinese ambassador to Zambia, said in his speech that the project was implemented with the joint support of the two heads of state, and the completion and handover of the project is the embodiment of the spirit of traditional friendship between China and Zambia and the spirit of friendly cooperation between China and Africa. Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, People's Daily Online, Xinhuanet and other domestic mainstream media, as well as local media in Zambia, broadcast news of the handover ceremony.   

   Prior to this, the project successfully passed the acceptance organized by external experts hired by the Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, with a comprehensive score of 92.7 and excellent quality.

   Zambia International Conference Center construction area of 24000 square meters.
