The Group holds training courses for internal auditors of compliance management systems
In order to comprehensively improve the ability of the Group's compliance management personnel to perform their duties and promote the implementation and effectiveness of the compliance management system documents, the Group held a training course for internal auditors of the compliance management system on May 16 and 17 according to the ISO 37301 compliance management system certification work plan.
The training invited Liu Lisheng, technical director of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group Jiangsu Company, to give special guidance. Professor Liu Lisheng explained GB/T 19011-2021 "Management System Audit Guide" in detail from the aspects of management of audit plan and implementation of audit activities. In combination with the requirements of ISO 37301:2021 "Compliance Management System Requirements and Use Guide" and CJI's "Compliance Management Manual", he focused on coaching practical skills such as internal audit process, working methods and problem handling skills.
The head of the group's legal compliance department, shinlou, requires the trainees to learn and thoroughly understand the training contents, master the basic common sense, principles and methods of internal audit of the compliance management system, learn to improve their ability, apply what they have learned, implement it in detail, see results, and better serve the high-quality development of the group.
Activities such as group discussion, internal audit record operation and assessment of compliance management system were also carried out on site, which greatly improved the training quality and training effect.
Participants generally reflect that the training courses are full and compact, close to reality, have both theory and practice, and have a clear context, which points out the direction and clear goals for everyone to do a good job in the future.
The compliance officer of the group headquarters, the compliance liaison officer of each department, and the compliance officer of the second-level enterprise shall participate in the training.
