The structural design of the second phase of Yangzhou Software Park successfully passed the overrun review

   On May 17, the structural overrun design of Yangzhou Software Park Phase II successfully passed the expert review of Jiangsu Provincial Overrun Review Committee. The expert group was headed by Jin Ruyuan, a national overrun review expert and chief engineer of Jiangsu Architectural Design and Research Institute. The team members were Sun Xun, Xia Changchun, Wang Gan, Miao Xiaochun, Wei Jie and other well-known national or provincial structural design experts.

   The construction area of this project is about 249900 square meters, and the height of the main building is about 150 meters, which belongs to the height overrun structure. The expert group reviewed the overrun report and listened to the report of the design unit. After careful discussion and inquiry, it was concluded that the seismic fortification standard of the project was accurate, the strengthening measures taken for the overrun high-rise buildings were basically reasonable, and the adoption of the framework-core tube structure system was feasible.“Through”and put forward some suggestions for the later design.     

   The second phase of Yangzhou Software Park is the annual key project of Zhongjiang Design Institute. Since March this year, the members of the project team have made every effort to maintain the sprint state. This structural design has passed the over-limit review and is an important node in the construction drawing design. In the next stage, the design institute will strictly implement the opinions and suggestions of experts to ensure the successful completion of the design task within the time required by the owner.
