CJI's compliance management system certification work was officially launched
On March 9, CJI held a compliance management system certification kick-off meeting and system knowledge training meeting. Zhu Xinbao pointed out in his mobilization speech that in recent years, the group has taken a series of measures to strengthen compliance management, and the level of compliance management has been continuously improved. Carrying out compliance management system certification and promoting scientific and refined compliance management through standardization is not only a requirement of the three-year reform action of state-owned enterprises, but also an urgent need for the group's compliance management to enter a new stage of development. All units and headquarters departments of the group must fully Understand the importance of compliance system certification and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of certification work. He stressed: First, we should carefully plan the compliance management system, compare with the standard requirements, grasp and clarify the defects existing in the compliance management of the group company, and earnestly study and solve the existing defects thoroughly; Second, we should closely link up with the actual operation and management of the group, and work hard on the effective connection between the general requirements of the standard and the special requirements of the group company to realize“International standards Zhongjianghua, Zhongjiang compliance internationalization.”Third, we should promote the implementation of management standards, make full use of the advanced compliance management methods and tools in the standards, and build the compliance management of CJI.“Method and Toolbox”. At the same time, he also put forward requirements for the organization and implementation of certification work.
When Huang Rugeng presided over the meeting, he requested: First, he should strengthen the organization and leadership and the implementation of responsibilities, refine the work decomposition around the established objectives, closely follow the nodes and reverse the construction period, so as to ensure the completion of various tasks on schedule with good quality; Second, we should strengthen learning and training and ability improvement. Compliance officers, compliance officers and liaison officers of all departments of the headquarters of the group should find out the difference in the standards, further master the relevant knowledge and skills of compliance system, and improve the ability to perform; third, we should strengthen mutual cooperation and coordination. Departments such as business, internal control, wind control and compliance should further improve the linkage mechanism. Relevant units and departments should further enhance the awareness of cooperation and promote system certification with systematic thinking. Fourth, we should strengthen truth-seeking and pragmatism and work effectiveness, adhere to goal-oriented and problem-oriented, prevent formalism, and ensure that the group's compliance system is improved through certification and compliance management.
Liu Lisheng comprehensively interprets the ISO37301 from the aspects of organizational environment, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement: 2021 "Compliance Management System Requirements and Usage Guidelines", detailing the requirements for the Group to establish, operate, maintain and improve the compliance management system, and explaining the main tasks and schedule of system construction.
