In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the special meeting on warning education of the group company, further tighten and consolidate the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the party, further promote the construction of party style and clean government and the fight against corruption, and build a solid ideological, political and moral defense line for resisting corruption and preventing degeneration, on the afternoon of December 27, the Provincial Public Construction Center held a special meeting on warning education for middle-level cadres and a collective talk meeting for newly appointed cadres. The meeting organized and watched a series of anti-corruption warning education videos, conveyed and studied the spirit of the special meeting on warning education of the group company, notified Nanjing City and the group company of relevant cases of violations of discipline and law, and organized middle-level cadres to sign the "Comprehensive and Strict Governance of the Party (Integrity Practice) Responsibility Letter".
At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Bian Aifang put forward two requirements for middle-level cadres: First, convey and implement the spirit of this meeting and carry out anti-corruption warning education. All departments must plan, deploy, implement, and inspect business work and integrity work together, and guide department employees to cultivate their moral character and maintain the bottom line of integrity. The second is to learn from cases and continue to carry out integrity risk prevention and control. The group company recently issued the "CJI Integrity Risk Prevention and Control Manual (2021 Edition)", which separately lists and includes integrity risk points and prevention and control measures for key business matters of centralized construction projects invested by provincial governments in non-profit projects. In the process of organizing and learning, all departments must continue to revise and improve their own integrity risk points and prevention and control measures, strengthen risk prevention and control awareness, enhance integrity prevention and control capabilities, and strictly implement the "Major Matters Registration and Reporting System" requires that duties be performed in accordance with the law, party discipline and state laws are strictly observed, and that they are not allowed to interfere in major matters in violation of the system, and are not allowed to use their powers to seek personal gain or special care for themselves and others.
Deputy Secretary Bian Aifang emphasized that as New Year's Day and Spring Festival in 2022 are approaching, middle-level cadres must take the lead in persistently implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight Provisions and unswervingly correct them.“Four winds”Create a clean and upright festive atmosphere and an open and transparent political ecology within the department.
