Deputy General Manager Tu Yaxing met with Luo Lai's life infrastructure management team

   On the afternoon of December 29, the infrastructure management team of Luolai Life Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as Luolai Life) went to CJI for inspection and investigation. Tu Yaxing, deputy general manager of the group company, attended the meeting, and Jiang Wei, secretary of the Party branch of the Fifth Construction Branch, and Lu Jianfei, deputy general manager, attended the meeting.

   Luolai Life was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009. It is one of the first home textile companies to be listed in China and a leader in the global home furnishing industry. The new Luolai Smart Industrial Park project that Luolai Life plans to invest in is located in the middle of Nantong City Economic and Technological Development Zone, with the south side close to the Laohonggang Scenic Area, with convenient transportation. The planned total land area of the project is 460,000 square meters, the total construction area is about 720,000 square meters, and the first phase of the project started in advance has a total construction area of about 240,000 square meters. After completion, the project will become a smart manufacturing industrial park integrating production, logistics, R & D, office, and display.

   Leaders from both parties attending the meeting had in-depth communication around the project. Tu Yaxing said that he would actively support the fifth construction company in preparing for the bid. If cooperation is established with Luolai Life, we will give full play to the advantages of the group company, integrate relevant resources to complete the construction of the project with high quality and quantity, and use practical actions to create a high-quality project. We look forward to long-term cooperation to further create CJI's brand image.
