   On the afternoon of December 28, Sun Guangnian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, went to the grassroots party building contact points to conduct research on the implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the 14th Provincial Party Congress.
