Overseas Engineering Company No. 2 won the bid for the vocational training school project in Cote d'Ivoire

   On December 29, Overseas Engineering Company II received a bid acceptance notice from the general contractor AVIC Tongji Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. for the two bid sections of the Vocational Training School in Cote d'Ivoire, with the winning bid amount of 34301285 euros. The project includes civil engineering and installation works for new administrative buildings, teaching buildings, experimental buildings, practical training workshops, dormitory buildings, teacher apartments, supporting buildings and outdoor works. The project has a construction period of 24 months and is scheduled to start in March 2022.

   At present, the Second Overseas Engineering Company has held a special meeting to start the preliminary preparations of the project, including contract signing, construction organization, materials and equipment inquiry, etc. This is another cooperation project between CJI and AVIC International in the field of vocational education in Africa, which will further enhance the friendly cooperative relations between the two sides. Its completion will surely contribute to the development of vocational education in West Africa.
