The Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine went to the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for on-site investigation of the first-phase project of Niushou Mountain Branch

   On November 24, Chen Yan, Director of the Comprehensive Division of the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, led a team to conduct on-site research on the first-phase project of the Niushou Mountain Branch of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is responsible for centralized construction by the Provincial Public Construction Center. Wu Wenzhong, Vice President of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gao Yong, Director of the Guli Subdistrict People's Congress, and Lou Yongfeng, Deputy General Manager of the Provincial Public Construction Center, accompanied the investigation.

   At the research meeting, Vice President Wu Wenzhong introduced the overall situation of the project. The project was established in April 2020, with a total investment budget of 990 million yuan and a total construction area of 121,800 square meters. It consists of two areas: a rehabilitation medical hospital area and a traditional Chinese medicine preparation research and development center. As a key livelihood project in Jiangsu Province, Niushou Mountain Branch of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will make up for the shortcomings in medical rehabilitation in the headquarters of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and will also serve as a national list.“Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation project project reserve library”The project is of great significance to further accelerating the improvement of the hospital's traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation capabilities and level and promoting leapfrog development.

   Deputy General Manager Lou Yongfeng introduced the current project progress and the next step of planning and arrangements. Building 3 of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Research and Development Center will be capped in mid-December, and areas B8 and B9 of the medical rehabilitation hospital will have positive and negative zero at the end of December. Since the official start of construction of the project, the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guli Subdistrict and the Provincial Public Construction Center have clarified their responsibilities and coordinated the division of labor, and actively promoted various construction work of the project. The Provincial Public Construction Center will give full play to its management experience in centralized construction, strictly control construction costs, strictly ensure project quality with the goal of building a century-old project, improve project management levels, and ensure that investment achieves maximum benefits. The Provincial Public Construction Center will overcome the difficulties encountered during the construction process, eliminate potential unfavorable factors, and ensure that the project is delivered and put into use on time.

   Director Chen Yan said that the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine attaches great importance to the construction of the first-phase project of the Niushou Mountain Branch of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
