The first phase of the Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Niushou Mountain Branch project officially started construction on November 6, 2020, and the North District (Medical Rehabilitation Hospital Area) took the lead in carrying out earth-and-earth construction. The Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guli Subdistrict and the Provincial Public Construction Center work together to actively promote project preliminary design review, construction drawing review, planning approval and quality safety supervision procedures,“Eight connections and one leveling”Supporting work. On April 9, 2021, the North District (Medical Rehabilitation Hospital District) obtained the project construction planning permit; on May 6, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission officially approved the preliminary design and budget estimates; on May 13, the North District obtained the real estate certificate.

　　Deputy General Manager Lou Yongfeng said that the Provincial Public Construction Center will continue to make every effort to promote the project construction, seize key nodes, deliver on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and invite the inspection team to the construction site for inspection and guidance. At present, 50,000 cubic meters of earthworks in the North District (Medical Rehabilitation Hospital Area) have been unearthed, and 100 square meters of supporting and shotcrete have been constructed. It is expected that the main structure will be capped in February 2022 and will be put into use in June of the same year. The test piles in the Southern District (Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Research and Development Center) have been completed, and the enclosure and high-voltage pole line relocation are under construction. It is expected that the main structure will be capped in December 2021 and put into use in October 2022.
