    5moon7On the afternoon of the 20th, the Provincial Public Construction Center organized a report meeting on the pilot work of the cost reform of the Nanyou Gymnasium project. Feng Gang, deputy director of the Government Investment Project Centralized Construction Management Division of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Sun Lu, deputy director of the Construction Project Cost Management Station, Xu Wei, chief of the Nanjing City Cost Supervision Station, and responsible personnel of relevant units attended the meeting. Li Zaili, deputy general manager of the Provincial Public Construction Center, presided over the meeting.

   As the construction unit of the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Gymnasium Project, the Provincial Public Construction Center has effectively carried out pilot work on improving the maximum bid price preparation method, actively participated in special meetings on the pilot project of improving the maximum bid price preparation method organized by the competent department, and organized cost units and relevant departments on many occasions. Conduct exchanges and discussions on the maximum bid price preparation, bidding and contract signing, etc., conduct multiple rounds of inquiry analysis, and compare the differences between traditional models and reform pilots. Communicate and report to the competent authorities in a timely manner, and finally form the results of the pilot work on the cost reform of the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Gymnasium project.

   Leading experts from the provincial and municipal cost supervision stations listened carefully to the report, fully affirmed the pilot work of the cost reform of the Provincial Public Construction Center, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions.

   Deputy Director Feng Gang pointed out that cost reform must meet compliance requirements, be bold and innovative in practice, and be able to withstand audits. At the same time, we must actively carry out publicity work, promote the successful experience of the pilot to the province, and provide a model for the construction of centralized construction projects in the province.

   As a centralized construction unit invested by the provincial government, the Provincial Public Construction Center will continue to actively cooperate with the competent departments to fully promote the pilot work, gradually promote market-oriented reforms, and promote the transformation, upgrading and healthy development of the construction market in Jiangsu Province.
