A century of unpaid blood donation and gifts--CJI organized and carried out voluntary blood donation and charity activities

　　Blood is the source of life, an indispensable first-aid item in clinical treatment and medical emergency, and a precious gift that embodies the love of blood donors. In recent years, the group company has conscientiously fulfilled its social responsibilities, attached great importance to on-the-job learning Lei Feng activities, insisted on organizing employees to donate blood voluntarily, and promoted the dedication spirit of unity and friendship.

　　On the morning of April 23, two blood collection trucks from the Blood Center of Jiangsu Province drove into Sujian Building. Party members and employees of the group who had already been prepared came forward in an orderly manner, rolled up their sleeves, stretched out their arms, and used their actions to interpret the power of love and convey the warmth of the world. Many blood donors have participated in voluntary blood donation many times. Some employees who participated in blood donation for the first time said that although it was their first time donating blood and there was some tension, they had more of a sense of participation and mission. They were able to serve the people around them and do more good things around them. It is very meaningful to do more good things to help others and provide help in times of need. That morning, led by the leaders of various units, a total of 152 employees of the group successfully donated blood, with a total blood donation of 39900 ml.

　　In order to promote the smooth development of unpaid blood donation, the Group attaches great importance to it, combining voluntary blood donation with on-the-job learning from Lei Feng and regular participation in volunteer services, and with the activities of studying party history to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. It extensively promotes and mobilizes, actively participates, and cooperates with the provincial blood center closely connects and coordinates, organizes off-peak blood donation in accordance with the principle of time-sharing and segmentation to minimize personnel gathering; At the same time, strict cleaning and disinfection of blood collection sites will be carried out in advance, and various protective work will be done on site to ensure safe blood donation. Employees who were unable to come on the day of blood donation due to various reasons but have signed up for blood donation will go to mobile blood collection trucks to donate blood in the near future.
