　　In order to strengthen production safety management during the Spring Festival and ensure a good start and stable development of the group company's production safety work in 2021, on January 11, Wang Zuojun, safety director of the group company, presided over a special work layout meeting for domestic projects before the festival.

　　After listening to the report on production safety management ideas and work plans of various units in 2021, Director Wang Zuojun conveyed the spirit of the speech delivered by Huang Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee of the National Emergency Management Department, at the production safety work conference of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on December 25, 2020; It reported two recent major production safety accidents, focusing on analyzing the tower crane collapse accident that occurred in Haimen Port New District, Nantong City. It was hoped that all units would learn from the accident and immediately carry out special inspections of construction machinery.

　　Director Wang Zuojun put forward six requirements for the group company's domestic project safety production work before the holiday and in 2021: First, we must further improve ideological understanding, consolidate safety responsibilities, and put an end to luck. All branches must effectively carry out safety management of projects under their names, strengthen safety education and publicity, and expand the scope of safety assessment. Second, each branch structure should study and formulate a special fund investment system for project safety production to ensure full and effective investment of special fund for project safety. Third, it is necessary to further promote the implementation of the production safety assessment system. The salary of the project department management team should be linked to the safety responsibility assessment, and safety management responsibilities should be consolidated through assessment. It is necessary to strengthen the assessment of subcontracting units and labor teams to ensure that they have goals and requirements for their work, and have means and methods for management. Fourth, we must strictly implement the leadership system and strengthen safety management and control over the entire process of large and ultra-dangerous engineering projects. Fifth, we must do a good job in winter construction safety protection, adopt safety measures such as anti-freezing and anti-slip, and at the same time strictly prevent hidden fire hazards in winter. Sixth, conscientiously carry out self-assessment of production safety standardization for projects under construction in the province.
